ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? Sends me a breakdown of the bill FINALLY and it makes no sense!!!! NONE!!!! Oh and don't waste your breath asking to speak to the billing department because you will NOT be transferred!! (This is by design) The only department that can BETTER explain AND/OR CORRECT IT!!! The SECOND I find someone else I am getting RID of STATE FARM!!! They don't care about me , only my 404.00!!!"
